Custom Software

Custom software for businesses that already know where it hurts

From websites to internal tools — for owners and small teams (1–10) who know the problem and need software that fits how they actually run.

Built for people who already see the gap

I work with business owners and small teams — not enterprise theater. The job is software that runs and can be maintained: sites, internal tools, and process systems tied to how the company actually works.

I sit at the intersection of technology and business. Solutions matter more than cleverness in either lane alone.

Why work this way

Why hire someone?

You could do this yourself. I’ll say that first. It will take about three times as long as it takes me, and three times as hard to assemble into something that holds together. Bits of it will feel easy. Understanding the whole system, wiring it cleanly, and keeping it running when something breaks is a different job. If it breaks on a Tuesday before a busy week — can you fix it without losing days?

Time

Roughly 3× longer to get to something solid.

Assembly

Easy pieces ≠ an easy whole system.

Maintenance

When it breaks, someone has to own the fix.

Why me?

I live at the intersection of technology and business. I will nerd out about product design and the logistics of how a company actually runs — then I pull back, because solutions matter more than cleverness in either lane alone. I stay current on what’s new and useful, and I connect it to what your business needs — not what’s trendy for its own sake.

What this can look like

Categories of outcome — not a forced menu. If you know the pain, we’ll sort the shape on the call.

01

Customer-facing site

Marketing site, booking, content, and lead flow that matches how you sell.

02

Internal tool

Dashboards, ops tools, admin panels, and data workflows your team actually uses.

03

Process software

Automations, integrations, and custom workflows between the tools you already run.

04

Something in between

You know where it hurts; we shape the product on the call — without inventing a problem for you.

Pricing

Pricing is specific to each project — scope, complexity, and what “done” means for your business. We’ll talk through that once you’ve shared what you want to build. No generic packages that pretend every company needs the same thing.

FAQ

Straight answers before you reach out.

Do you only work with people who already know the problem?
Yes — that’s intentional. If you’re still figuring out where help belongs, this isn’t the right fit yet. If you know the pain and know software is part of the fix, we can scope from there.
How long does a project usually take?
It depends on scope and complexity. A focused site or internal tool can move quickly; deeper systems take longer. We’ll set a clear plan and definition of “done” before build starts.
What do you need from me?
Access to how the process works today, decisions when they’re needed, and honest feedback in use. You stay the expert on the business; I own assembling and maintaining the software.
Do you maintain after launch?
Yes. Shipping isn’t the finish line. Maintain and refine are part of the process — so when something breaks or the business changes, someone owns the fix.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is specific to each project — scope, complexity, and what done means for your business. Share what you want to build and we’ll talk through it. No one-size packages.
